Use.

You will own the copyright to all the content we create for you and deliver according to the agreed terms. Authorive Publishers will not retain any copyright in that content, and you are free to publish and use it as you see fit.

A 100% advance payment is required for all services listed on our website. Work does not begin until payment has cleared.

The client is responsible for all transaction fees and applicable taxes. Card details are processed by our trusted third-party payment providers — Authorive Publishers does not store your full card number on its own systems.

We offer unlimited revisions on work that has been delivered, as long as the requests are made within 14 days of delivery. All revision requests are completed according to the urgency of the order, with a standard minimum turnaround of 24 hours.

We continue to offer unlimited revisions until the draft receives your full approval. Revisions come into play once the product has been presented for review and the status has been updated to “Waiting for Customer Approval.” At that point you may request revisions directly by emailing your assigned Project Manager, so that the original brief is met across the entire deliverable.

You are always welcome to make changes yourself to any content you receive from us after the order has been fulfilled and before publishing. Deliverables are provided in editable formats (such as Word), and because you own the rights, you have full control over the final product.

We understand that clients sometimes change their minds about a project. Please note that we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. We ask that you carefully consider the scope and commitment before proceeding.

All project requirements are discussed with you before work begins. Any service-level dispute is resolved on the basis of the agreed terms and requirements at the start of the project, these Terms of Use, and reasonable business practice.

A clear creative brief from your side is essential. Incomplete briefs can delay delivery and may affect eligibility under our refund policy.

Please read this section carefully so you understand the privileges and limitations under Authorive Publishers' policies. We offer refunds only in special cases and under specific conditions.

Authorive Publishers offers a 100% refund on its services where the conditions below do not apply — it is not an unconditional refund.

The refund policy will be void if:

• You have chosen a special or custom package.
• You have demanded revisions beyond the initial concepts.
• You have not been contactable, or have been unresponsive, for more than 2 weeks without notice.
• The project is placed on hold at your request.
• Company policies have been violated.
• The creative brief is missing required information from your side.
• The business is closing, or changing its name or business.
• The reason is a change of mind, a disagreement with a partner, or anything else that does not relate to the service provided.
• You have already accepted multiple sets of revisions for the service.

Authorive Publishers, its affiliates, associates and employees are not liable for any loss or damage that may arise from an inadvertent error in the information on this website.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold the company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and employees harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising out of or connected with (i) your access to or use of the website and the services on it; (ii) your violation of these Terms of Use; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, publicity, confidentiality, property or privacy rights.

This agreement, and your use of this site, do not create any joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship between you and Authorive Publishers.

All company logos and trademarks displayed on our website are the intellectual property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with those companies or their trademarks.

The use of those logos and trademarks does not imply endorsement, affiliation or relationship between us and the respective companies. We use them for identification purposes only.
